These product terms describe AfroLearn’s current educational scope and the responsibilities that come with generated language tools and community contributions.

Educational use
AfroLearn supports language study and practice. It is not a certification service, professional interpreter, emergency service, or substitute for a qualified teacher or speaker. Do not rely on an unverified translation for medical, legal, safety-critical, immigration, or financial decisions.
Reviewed and generated content
AfroLearn distinguishes reviewed course material from generated or experimental output. Machine translation can be incomplete, regionally unsuitable, or wrong. Labels and confidence signals are part of the product and must not be removed or misrepresented.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and do not overload, probe, scrape, or bypass its security and usage limits.
- Do not submit private information you lack permission to share.
- Only contribute recordings you own or are authorized to provide.
- Respect other speakers, cultures, dialects, creators, and source licenses.
- Report material errors instead of knowingly teaching or redistributing them as verified.
Community contributions
A recording is private and pending when submitted. Approval does not automatically publish it. Publication requires a separate moderation decision. The final operator terms must state the precise educational license granted by contributors, its duration and territory, attribution choices, withdrawal process, and any limits on revocation.
Availability and learner data
Features may change or become unavailable, and local browser data can be lost. Keep backups of progress that matters to you. Generated providers, external links, audio voices, and licensed content may change independently of AfroLearn.
Intellectual property and source licenses
Third-party stories, dictionaries, recordings, illustrations, datasets, and videos remain subject to their own attribution and license terms. AfroLearn’s source displays do not transfer ownership of that material. A repository or application-wide license must be selected before distributing code or assets beyond existing source-specific permissions.
